Please note the lead guest must be 21 years and older.
Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited. If guests are found to violate these rules, they will be evicted without any refunds.
There is a GBP 60 cleaning fee, which is charged during booking.
All bookings are subject to name and address verification; official photo identification, either a drivers licence or passport and proof of address, is to be sent to the booking channel prior to the guest arrival. Please note that this name and address must match the original name and address used to make the booking (If the name and/or address on the booking have/has been modified the property will only accept ID that matches the original name and address but reserve the right to request ID. for the modified name and address in addition). If there are any issues with verification in any way, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking.
There is a security deposit of GBP 250 which can be charged from when the property is booked. The card used to pay for the damage deposit must be the same as the card used to pay for the booking. Before / upon check-in, guests are required to show their official photo identification, such as a drivers' licence or passport, and the card used to secure the booking. The name and address must correspond to the original details provided at the time of booking, and on the credit/debit card provided. If the card used for payment is not that of the guest who booked or on the reservation, valid photo identification verifying the name and address on the reservation must be supplied that corresponds to the payment card supplied.
Only the number of guests specified in the booking can enter / access the apartment. Any additional guest must be pre-approved before arrival. If it is found that additional guests are at the property without prior consent, you will be asked to leave without any refunds.

高雄大林電廠3、4號機終於功成身退，昨(2)日晚間7時正式停止運轉。這2部機組天生勞碌命，運轉年限均超過原訂的 40 年，為了維持供電穩定，一生多次延役，在結束今( 2017 )年夏天救火任務後，終於宣告除役。此外，通霄電廠3部機組運轉年限也達 35 年，周三(1日)也正式除役。
大林電廠3號機 61 年 12 月 12 日併聯商轉，至今已 45 歲高齡、4號機 62 年 10 月 25 日商轉，高齡 44 歲，2部機組均在供電吃緊壓力下，最後都超過原訂的 40 年運轉年限。
台電公司指出，大林3、4號機組裝置容量 75 萬瓩，屬重油機組，去年 10 月 30 日最後一次延役，原訂今年9月 30 日除役，但由於今年供電異常吃緊，因應供電需求，經台電董事會同意並報部備查，改為緊急備用設施，延役至 11 月3日，昨天晚間7時，2部機組同步停止運轉，終於宣告除役。
台電指出，在改為緊急備用設施下，大林3、4號機必須受1年運轉 720 小時環保限制，超過部分則透過興達電廠減煤降載抵換。總計今年截至今日為止，大林3號機運轉超過 789 小時、4號機運轉超過 886 小時，工作負擔相當沉重。
此外，通霄電廠1至3號燃氣機組，運轉年限也達 35 年，同樣歷經3次延役、多年無法歲休，終於在8日凌晨正式除役。
